What were you doing?

Even if you don't know a blitz from a blind side, or a bootleg from a bump and run, or a safety from a scramble, or a fumble from a formation, or a slot from a split end, or a tailback from a tight end, or a hook-and-ladder from a halfback, or an interception from an interference, or a wide out from a weak side....

You must know that there was nothing better on television Sunday than the Superbowl. Even if we had to watch him....

lose to him.

If you weren't watching that, what were you doing Superbowl Sunday?

Okay, your first paragraph totally confused me!

I did watch the game and I was cheering for the Giants and thoroughly enjoyed every part of the game. (this is the ONLY football game I watch all year) Shocking huh?

Both quarterbacks are pretty fine and made watching the game even more enjoyable. :)

Yea Giants!! My hubby is from NY!

We were sleeping as the Superbowl aired here at 1:00 a.m. (okay so we are not that big of Giant fans)!

Okay how old is Eli? He looks like a mere child!

we watched Nature on PBS, tuned in to the game from time to time, and then just took care of my 4 year old who has an ear infection. (my husband is from Australia and only knows about useless sports like rugby, cricket, and 'aussie rules' footie.) ;-)

i grew up in a total football-lovin' family, though and know the meaning to almost all the terms you mentioned... but that knowledge is wasted on my husband... :-(

GO GIANTS!!

Not that Eli Manning is better looking than Tom Brady because that's just silly...but I sooooo wanted the Giants to win.

I have something against Randy Moss.

Ha, this is hilarious. Do you know I actually thought about you watching the game and drinking your beer.

I know the game was on at our house. I did watch the end and it was awesome. Those boys sure are cute.

Rest assured that my laptop was on my lap during the entire game.

Doesn't anyone care that Tom Brady left his pregnant girlfriend for a supermodel????

(I've got issues with that boy.....but it doesn't mean I turn my head when I see his face on the big screen) I'm just sayin'.....

i talked to my daughter who is away at school. she said she and her roommates watched the game mainly because the two quarterbacks were soooooo (her words) cute. i had to agree :]

just for the record....i do not see the 'hot' or 'cute' factor of eli manning. it's all about tom for me.

I must admit that I didn't watch the game... but I did hear all about the last few minutes of it. I was thrilled for my parents and brothers - they are all big fans of the NEW "JERSEY" Giants... did you know that is the controversy in NJ? - since they play in their stadium IN NJ... they really aren't NY - but NJ... okay, I'll shut up about that - who cares?

I'm with ya Teresa! As a matter of fact, that was the topic of discussion at the Noem's. Kristi said that the only reason she was cheering for the Patriots was because Booker said she had too!!!! That kid is too cute!

I agree!! Tom Brady is nice looking, but I am glad Eli Manning won! I like to root for the underdog!
I have to agree with Tracy - BOO RANDY MOSS!! BOO!
